What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
Once we receive your order, we professionally print and press your magnet with care. Orders are usually shipped within a few days and you will usually receive your order 3-5 business days after that. Don't worry, you will always receive a confirmation email when it's headed your way!
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured in the USA.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do we ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the USA.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Absolutely! They're one of our favorites. If you are interested in a large quantity of magnets, keychains, or bottle openers, please contact us directly at Hello@ShirleyLaverne.com.
Some examples for bulk are business giveaways, advertising/marketing gifts, realtors, schools, churches, saved the dates - anyone using them for personal or business that aren't reselling them.
